California Orders & Verification
CA customers are required to provide a valid government-issued ID matching the shipping address associated with the order. It is the customers responsibility to provide required documentation prior to shipment. Verification documents can be sent to: info@machmachco.com
All California orders containing firearm-related accessories require verification prior to shipment. Verification documents must be submitted before the order can be processed and shipped. Orders that cannot be verified may be delayed, canceled, or refunded at MMCO’s discretion.
MMCO reserves the right to request additional verification for any order when necessary for compliance, fraud prevention, or shipping verification purposes.
Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local and state laws regarding firearm accessories and configuration.
MMCO reserves the right to restrict or cancel orders to jurisdictions with unclear or restrictive firearms accessory laws.

All warranty returns require an RMA number. Return instructions will be provided to you by contacting us here.
Buyer’s remorse returns will be shipped back at the buyer’s expense and will incur a 25% restocking and processing fee. Returns must be made within 30 days of the original MMCO. shipping date and must be returned in “like new” condition.
Apparel and swag sales final. No returns or exchanges.
Cancellation Policy:
Prior to shipment, orders placed through MMCO. may only be modified if the change results in the same order value as the original order, i.e., a color swap. MMCO. does not store credit card information; therefore, changes that manipulate the original order value are not allowed.
Orders cannot be changed after fulfillment, and order cancellations before shipment will incur a 5% processing fee.

We will repair or replace your MMCO. product in the event it becomes damaged or defective—at no charge to you. If we cannot repair your product, we will replace it with a product in perfect working order of equal or better physical condition.
If something goes wrong during everyday use—no matter how it happened, whose fault it is, or where you bought it—don’t worry. We’ve got your back.
